The website www.hotelprincesaana.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is owned by Mymgra, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as Hotel Princesa Ana) and is intended to provide information about accommodation services. This document is made available to you to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform you of the general terms and conditions of use of the Website.

At Hotel Princesa Ana, we offer the content and services available on the Website subject to these General Terms of Use, as well as to the personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”). Accessing or using the Website in any way grants you the status of “User” and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these terms. We reserve the right to modify them at any time, and it is your responsibility to read them carefully each time you access this Website. If you do not agree with any of the provisions set out herein, you must refrain from using the Website. Furthermore, we inform you that, on occasion, specific terms and conditions may be established for the use of certain content and/or services on the Website. LIABILITY OF HOTEL PRINCESA ANA AND FORCE MAJEURE

Hotel Princesa Ana may interrupt the service or terminate the relationship with the user immediately if we detect that the use of the Website or any of the services offered on it is contrary to these General Terms of Use. We have reviewed and tested this Website to ensure it functions correctly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, we cannot rule out the possibility of force majeure or unforeseen events that may make access impossible. These General Terms of Use, as well as the use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Granada. In the event that any provision of these General Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or void under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render the entire General Terms of Use unenforceable or void. In such cases, we will proceed to modify or replace the provision with one that is valid and enforceable and that, to the extent possible, achieves the objective and intention reflected in the original provision.
