(hereinafter referred to as Hotel Princesa Ana) and is intended to provide information about accommodation services. At Hotel Princesa Ana, we offer the content and services available on the Website subject to these General Terms of Use, as well as to the personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”). Accessing or using the Website in any way grants you the status of “User” and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these terms. These General Terms of Use, as well as the use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Granada. In the event that any provision of these General Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or void under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render the entire General Terms of Use unenforceable or void.
